Devasting Chocolate Fudge Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
- 4 large eggs
- 3 T light corn syrup
- 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 (9") pie shell, unbaked
Directions
- In microwave heat butter and chocolate, for approximately 4 min, stirring every minute, till melted and blended; allow to cool slightly.Beat large eggs; blend in syrup, salt, sugar and extracts. Add in chocolate mix; blend well.
- Pour mix into pastry shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 min, reduce temperature to 350 degrees. Continue baking for 30 min or possibly till, when shaken, pie is almost, but not quite, hard. Serve cooled, with whipped cream.
- Doubling this recipe fills 1 glass 10" pie plate. Cook about 20 min longer if doubled.
