Ingredients
- 1 box Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, minced in pcs
- 1 box frzn minced spinach
- 1 c. (8 ounce) plain yogurt
- 1 c. (8 ounce) Hellmann's mayonnaise

Directions
- Defrost spinach in box, drain well. Chop up water chestnuts, mix all ingredients together. Chill for at least 1 hour. Serve with fresh, cut up vegetables.
