Just a heads up.....I'm really bad for measuring ingredients. I change up the amounts dependent on the size and number of pork chops. Some times they are smaller and thinner and some times they are nice and thick........
I always play around and taste taste taste..............

Ingredients

  • 4 - bone in pork chops
  • all purpose seasoning salt
  • olive oil
  • 1.5 - large sweet onions (chopped)
  • 4 - red delicious apples (peeled, cored and sliced)
  • cinnamon spice
  • apple juice (I use Tropicana because it's not from concentrate)

Directions

  1. Heat about 2 tbsps of olive oil in a deep fry pan
  2. Season both sides of the four chops
  3. Place all chops in hot pan - do not turn until completely brown on first side
  4. Turn and brown opposite side
  5. Remove chops from pan - place on plate
  6. In pan add chopped onions and apple slices - brown
  7. Add apple juice - enough to cover all the onions and apples
  8. Sprinkle cinnamon (this amount I leave to you)
  9. Place four chops back in pan
  10. Cover and let simmer for 20 mins
  11. Remove lid to evaporate extra liquids (about 10-15 mins)
  12. Serve
