Directions

  1. Cook spinach according to directions; drain well. Cook bacon and onions till tender, about 10 min. Remove from heat, add in flour, salt, pepper and garlic. Blend thoroughly. Slowly add in lowfat milk, return to heat and stir till thickened. Add in spinach and mix well. Makes 4 servings.
