Ingredients
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 2/3 c. Karo light syrup
- 1 tbsp. vanilla

Directions
- Heat 1/3 c. water with cocoa and Karo light syrup. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add in vanilla when completely cold and then cover and chill.
