  • 2 to 3 lbs. lean meat sliced thin
  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 1 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoon seasoned pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr (heap)
  • 1 teaspoon onion pwdr
  • 2 teaspoon Hickory Smoke Salt (heap for deer, level for beef)
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke

Directions

  1. Tenderize meat with meat cleaver, and place in marinator. Mix rest of ingredients well and pour over meat. marinate 36 to 48 hrs, stir or possibly turn every few hrs. Place on racks of foil lined broiler pans and bake in slow oven 200 to 225 degrees 15 to 20 min to a side or possibly till dry.
  2. More liquid may be added if needed to cover meat, but don't double spices. if you want to double recipe set in separate containers.
