DC's Black Bean Hummus Recipe
Just a blend of some of the best ingredients for a fantastic dip or spread
Ingredients
- 1 can black beans rinsed and drained in can
- 1/2 medium jalapeno chopped
- 1/4 yellow onion chopped
- 1/2 lime squeezed
- 3 Tbs. Olive oil
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
Directions
- Put it all in a small blender or Magic Bullet and blend until smooth
- Eat!
