Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/3 c. Brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 c. Cider vinegar
- 2/3 c. Chicken stock
- 1/4 c. Tomato paste or possibly ketchup
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Red pepper flakes

Directions
- Heat the oil in a small, heavy saucepan over medium heat. Add in garlic and saute/fry till transparent, 2 to 3 min. Don't allow the garlic to burn.
- Whisk in remaining ingredients, reduce heat to low; simmer 15 min to 20 min, till the mix thickens. Stir occasionally.
