Directions

  1. Wash potatoes; drain but don't dry. Place in slow-cooking pot. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hrs. Cold slightly. Peel and slice. In saucepan, heat butter. Add in flour and salt; stir till blended. Slowly add in lowfat milk, stirring constantly. Cook several min, stirring till smooth and thickened. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, then potatoes and ham. Spoon into 1 1/2 qt baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Heat in 350 F oven for 30 to 40 min.
