  1. 1. In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, place prawns and wine, and cook till prawns turn pink (about 2 min). Remove prawns and cut in half. Throw away wine.
  2. 2. Cook pasta till al dente (about 8 min). Drain and refresh under cool water. In a large bowl mix pasta with cooked prawns, pepper, celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry pwdr. Refrigerate20 min. Arrange on a bed of lettuce and garnish with almonds.
