Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts (6 ounce. each)
- Flour
- 1 tbsp. garlic
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 2/3 c. orange juice
- 1/2 c. chicken stock
- 1 tbsp. orange zest
- 4 tbsp. minced cilantro
- 1 1/2 tbsp. curry pwdr
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 tbsp. mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch and water

Curried Orange Glazed Chicken With Cilantro
Servings: 4
Directions
- Lb. the breasts and lightly flour each one. Saute/fry the chicken in garlic and butter till almost done. Add in liquid, zest, cilantro, spices and mustard. Simmer till chicken is done.
- Remove the chicken and thicken the liquid with cornstarch and water mix. Add in chicken to sauce and heat till chicken is warm.
