Directions

  1. Lb. the breasts and lightly flour each one. Saute/fry the chicken in garlic and butter till almost done. Add in liquid, zest, cilantro, spices and mustard. Simmer till chicken is done.
  2. Remove the chicken and thicken the liquid with cornstarch and water mix. Add in chicken to sauce and heat till chicken is warm.
