Ingredients
- 4 Large Onions
- 65ml White Vinegar (Grape)
- 65ml Sugar
- 65ml water
- 1 Egg
- 1tsp curry powder

Curried Onion salad
Time: 10 minutes prep, 10 minutes cook
Servings: 6
Directions
- Slice onions in rings
- Boil Onions till tender
- Strain and put aside
- Mix all other ingredients and bring gently to the boil stirring continuously
- Pour mixture over Onions
- Mix well
- Put in refridgerator to chill
- Will keep for +_5 days
