Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Boneless chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 x Clove garlic,chopped
- 1 med Onion,minced
- 1/2 c. Minced red bell pepper
- 2 x Tart apples, peeled and diced
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Curry pwdr
- 1 jar Chicken Tonight Cooking Sauce for Chicken Country French
- 1/2 c. Currants or possibly raisins
- 2 Tbsp. Chutney Warm, cooked rice

Curried Chicken Casserole

Directions
- In a large skillet, lightly brown chicken in vegetable oil. Add in garlic, onion, red peppers and apples. Saute/fry till tender. Add in curry pwdr; mix thoroughly and saute/fry lightly. Add in sauce, currants and chutney. Simmer, covered, over low heat 20 to 30 min, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.
