Marinated Goat Cheese Spread by Sara GrayWow! Not only is this a pretty appetizer, but it's a real crowd pleaser too! Easy to put together, you can make it ahead and then serve it when you are ready. The aromatic flavor of rosemary permeates the cheese and makes for a delicious spread for sliced baguette. |

Holiday Cranberry Cheese Pie by Denise SherinThis has become a family favorite for holidays. I found it in a Taste of Home cookbook. I have changed the recipe to be more diabetic friendly. The original recipe calls for sugar in both layers and I use Splenda in place of sugar and for the jello I use sugar free gelatin. But use sugar if you like. |

Cranberry Vodka Slush by SyiA quick, easy drink to make. This recipe makes quite a bit and it can be kept in the freezer for months, as long as it's in a tightly sealed container. I've made this for holidays, family get-togethers, baby showers (non-alcoholic for the mom-to-be of course), bridal showers/bachelorette parties and other events. |
