Tabouli by Jacqui PatekThis is a quick and fresh dish that is good all year round. I love to serve it with pita chips. |

Tabouli by JoanneThere isn't a side dish that offers a fresher taste than tabouli. The lemon, the parsley...they clean your mouth with garden fresh flavors. Healthy, filling and such a reward to have next to your favorite entree. |

Garlic Hummus by Amanda NatividadSome recipes call for too much tahini. Others try too hard and call for red bell peppers or sun-dried tomatoes. I prefer to keep it simple: chickpeas and tahini, with lots of garlic and lemon juice. Oh, and a dash of olive oil to keep it creamy. Use it as a sandwich spread or dipping sauce. |

Lentil salad by Kristine AvilaI recently tried a lentil salad at La Bicyclette in Carmel and thoroughly enjoyed it and wanted to find a similar recipe. I found one on "My New Roots" and made some adjustments and it was a big hit! |
