	Onion Bhajia (or Pakora) by Haresh Shah This is an excellent snack and goes well with beer, wine or any soft drink. Best eaten when hot from the frying pan. One could replace onion with any other vegetable such as sliced potato, sliced egg plant, etc.	2 votes 1 review 2 comments 8850 views
