Delicious Stir-fry Pork with Japanese Takana ( 豚高菜炒め ) by Blackswan

Spotted some White Bunashimeji Mushrooms at the supermarket and thought they might go well with my Stir-fry Pork with Japanese Takana, and indeed they were another perfect marriage!
