Tom's Creamy Scrambled EggsThis recipe is so simple I was reluctant to post it. But I had never tasted eggs cooked this way before Tom served some to me, and I was hooked. The secrets are to scramble the eggs "soft" so they are very moist, and add the cream cheese right at the end so there are visible streaks throughout. So simple - so divine! |

"Ice Cream" FrostingI have made this many times and have had positive reactions, especially when people are told it is made with flour. It is easy to make; costs little and is pleasing to the taste. Use of creamed fruits makes it even more delightful.. It is labor saving. It is great used on cupcakes also . |
