Turkey London Broil With Cran-Blueberry Sauce by NanetteThis is a great alternative to beef London broil. Red, White & Blue is the color theme for this Memorial Day feast. It's sweet, salty & just a bit tangy. It's also easy! Grilled or oven roasted this is a delicious and healthy meal. |

Zesty Shrimp by The Accidental ChefThe shrimp is mildly spicy. Just enough for your lips to ask, ??? I tossed it with piri piri for just a touch of heat (use more or less depending on your preferences), garlic (of course) and lots of fresh lemon and lime zest. I then grilled it up to give the shrimp some nice char marks and another layer of flavor. |
