Cucumber Yogurt Soup Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 med. peeled, sliced cucumbers
- 4 minced green onions
- 1 1/2 c. plain yogurt
- 1 juiced lemon
- Mint, parsley, or possibly dill to taste
Directions
- Process ingredients in an electric blender. Blend till smooth. Refrigeratethoroughly before serving. Yields 6 servings.
