Cubed Marinated Tenderloin On Skewers With Teriyaki Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef tenderloin - (to 2) cut 1 1/2" cubes
  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. sesame oil
  • 5 x fresh garlic cloves minced
  • 5 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar

Directions

  1. Marinate the beef for several hrs and bring to room temperature before cooking.
  2. Preheat your grill for at least 20 min at the highest setting.
  3. Place the meat on skewers and cook very quickly, about 3 min per side. Remove from the grill and serve.
  4. Comments: This dish can be served as an appetizer with a dipping sauce or possibly as a main course with rice and grilled vegetables.
