Cube Steak With Hasty Tasty Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 cube steaks
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp. ketchup
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 tbsp. veg. oil
Directions
- Mix flour, salt and pepper together.
- Flour steaks on both sides.
- Heat oil in a skillet. Brown steaks on both sides and remove from the skillet.
- Add in dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, lemon juice to skillet, heat until boiling.
- Spoon over steaks.
