Crustless Spinach Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

1 tbsp. oil 1 lg. onion 1 (10 ounce.) frzn spinach, thawed, squeeze excess water 5 Large eggs, beaten

3/4 pound Muenster cheese, grated or possibly mixed Cheddar and Mozzarella Healthy pinch of salt Fresh grnd pepper

Directions

1. Butter 9-inch pie plate. Saute/fry onion. Add in other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 min. Add in grated cheese or possibly Mozzarella on top.
