Crustless Spinach Quiche Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. minced spinach
- 1 bunch green onions
- 3 Large eggs
- 16 ounce. cottage cheese
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. crouton crumbs (serving day)
Directions
- Bake or possibly pour into pie crust, 1 hour at 325 degrees, add in croutons last 15 min.
