Crustless Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients

  • 10 slices bacon, crisp cooked and crumbled
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 6 Large eggs
  • 1 (13 ounce.) can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of Tabasco

Crustless Quiche Lorraine

Servings: 10
 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle cheese, bacon and onion in 10-inch pie pan. Beat remaining ingredients till well blended. Pour over cheese and bacon mix. Bake for 25 min. Let stand about 10 min before cutting. Serves 6 for lunch or possibly brunch. Since this is crustless, it saves a few calories.
