i made this recipe and its good eating i created this recipe myself try it sometime if you like quiche

Goes Well With: i like to eat this as a appitizer practically goes with almost anything

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg smoked sausage
  • 8 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1/1/2 heavy whipping cream
  • 1/1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1.4 tsp black ground pepper
  • 1/1.2 cups [6oz] shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper

Directions

  1. preheat oven to 350f cut sausage into 1/2 cubes set aside
  2. place eggs cream dry mustard,salt and black pepper in a large
  3. bowl,whisk untill smooth.
  4. stir in sausage 1 cup of cheese and green pepper,pour egg mixture into a greased 13x9 inch baking dish
  5. bake 40-45 mins or untill eggs are set.sprinkle with remaing 1/2 cup cheese.let stand 5 mins before serving enjoy
