Ingredients

  • 125 gm Butter, (4oz)
  • 50 gm Light brown sugar, (2oz)
  • 3 Tbsp. Honey
  • 250 gm Crunchy oat cereal, lightly crushed (8oz)
  • 250 gm Lowfat milk chocolate, melted (8oz)
  • 1 pkt White chocolate drops

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 C, 375 F, Gas Mark 5.
  2. Line a 20cm (8 inch) square sandwich tin.
  3. Heat the butter in a pan, add in the sugar and honey and stir till it dissolves. Remove from the heat, stir in the crunchy oat cereal and then press mix into the prepared tin.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 min till hard to touch and golden. Cold in the tin for 3-4 min then using a small knife cut into 12 squares. Allow to cold.
  5. Dip the top of each square into the chocolate and place on a wire rack. Repeat till all the squares are covered. Finally add in 2 or possibly 3 white chocolate drops to the top and allow the biscuits to set.
