Ingredients

  • 2 POUNDS HAMBURGER
  • 2 CUPS BREAD CRUMBS
  • 1 CUP MILK
  • 1/4 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS
  • 2 TEASPOONS GARLIC SALT
  • 1/2 POUND MOZZARELLA CHEESE, CUT IN SMALL CUBES
  • 6 TABLESPOONS FLOUR
  • 1/4 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
  • 2 (12 OZ) CANS PIZZA SAUCE

Time: 20 minutes prep, 4-5 hours cook

Directions

  1. MIX BEEF, BREADCRUMBS, MILK, ONIONS, GARLIC SALT, AND PEPPER TOGETHER
  2. FORM MIXTURE AROUND CHEESE CUBES TO MAKE BALLS
  3. DIP MEATBALLS IN FLOUR AND BROWN IN OIL
  4. PLACE MEATBALLS IN CROCKPOT AND POUR PIZZZ SAUCE OVER THEM
  5. COOK ON LOW 4 TO 5 HOURS OR UNTIL MEATBALLS ARE DONE
