Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1 1/2 c. scalded lowfat milk
- 2/3 c. white or possibly brown sugar
- 3 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 3 tbsp. soft butter

Crock Pot Pudding (Rice)
Servings: 6
Directions
- Combine all ingredients. Pour into lightly greased crock pot. Cook on high 1 to 2 hrs. Stir during first 30 min. Recipe can be doubled.
