Ingredients
1 pound dry navy beans (soak overnight)
2 quart. water
1 pound ham and bones
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 c. minced celery leaves
1 med. onion, minced
1 bay leaf (optional)
Directions
Put all ingredients in pot. Cook on low 10 to 12 hrs.
