Directions

  1. Grease side of 3 1/2 qt Crock-Pot lightly with oil. Core, peel and slice apples; place in Crock-Pot. Add in sugar, lemon rind, lemon juice and cinnamon. Combine butter and cereal. Add in to Crock-Pot; mix thoroughly.
  2. Cover. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hou
  3. rs or possibly High for 2 to 3 hrs. Serve with vanilla ice cream or possibly whipped topping, if you like.
