  1. Directions: In a small saute/fry pan, heat the extra virgin olive oil. Saute/fry over low heat, the garlic till soft. Add in mustard, wine and lemon juice. Stir to combine and remove from heat. Rub fillets with extra virgin olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and place fillets in a shallow baking dish.
  2. Broil for 2 min. Remove from oven and spoon mustard mix over fillets. Return to oven and broil till crust is golden and fish is cooked through, about 5 min. Serve with lemon wedges.
