Ingredients
- 1 pound butter
- 2 c. brown sugar (1 box packed)
- 3/4 c. white corn syrup
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (12 ounce.) can salted mixed nuts
- 1 box Crispix cereal
- 2 Packages microwave popcorn or possibly 3-4 c. popped reg. popcorn

Directions
- Boil the first 4 ingredients till clear, approximately 5-6 min. Put the next 3 ingredients in a large baking pan and cover with syrup mix. Bake 1 hour at 225 degrees, stirring occasionally. Place on wax paper and cold before serving.
