Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 1 med Onion - minced
  • 1/2 med Green Pepper - minced
  • 1/2 c. Celery - minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 tsp Seasoning Salt (See Recipe)
  • 2 can Chunky Tuna
  • 1 1/2 c. Kernel Corn

Directions

  1. Heat margarine in skillet and lightly fry onion, pepper and celery till tender crisp. Add in flour and blend in. Add in other ingredients and heat through. Serve with rice and grated Parmesan/Romano.
