Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the eggs, milk and salt.
  3. Melt 1 stick of butter and pour into the bottom of a 9" x 13" baking pan. You may also melt this right in the pan in the oven, if you wish.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Cut the cream cheese into small pieces and stir in to the hot egg mixture.
  7. Return to the oven and bake 10 more minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Serves 12.
