Creamy pasta with chicken and green pesto

Ingredients

  • 50 g butter
  • 2 spring onions, finely sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 200 g chicken breasts, ready-roasted and diced
  • 50 g cooked ham, diced
  • 100 g pesto, green pesto of your choice
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 150 ml milk
  • 250 g pasta, cooked short pasta shapes (farfalle, ziti, fusilli)

Creamy pasta with chicken and green pesto

Time: 10 minutes prep, 10 minutes cook
Servings: 4 servings
 

Directions

  1. Sauté spring onions and garlic for 2-3 minutes in butter.
  2. Add ham, continue to sauté briefly.
  3. Stir in the chicken and heat through.
  4. Stir in sour cream, pesto and grated cheese.
  5. Add milk stir.
  6. Add cooked pasta, stir to coat. Serve immediately with more grated cheese.
