Creamy Orange Pineapple Gelatin Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 sm. pkg. orange Jello
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 2 c. sm. marshmallows
- 3/4 c. chilled pineapple juice
- 1 (8 ounce.) can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 1 c. finely shredded carrots
- 1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Directions
- In medium saucepan, dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add in marshmallows. Over low heat, cook and stir till marshmallows heat. Remove from heat; pour into medium mixing bowl. Add in pineapple juice; mix well. Refrigeratefor 1 hour or possibly till slightly thickened. Add in pineapple and carrot; mix well. Mix in whipped cream.
