Creamy Orange Jalapeno Dressing Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/3 c. crema Mexicana (Mexican-style whipping cream)
- 3 Tbsp. frzn orange juice concentrate
- 3 Tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. TABASCO jalapeno sauce
Directions
- In small bowl, whisk all ingredients till well blended. Cover and chill till serving time. Serve chilled.
- Makes 2/3 c..
- *A mix of half lowfat sour cream and half whipping cream may be substituted for
- "crema Mexicana" in this recipe.
