Ingredients

  • 6 x potatoes cubed, and cooked till fork tender
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 pkt regular or possibly lowfat cream cheese - (8 ounce)
  • 1 c. regular or possibly lowfat lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tsp McCormick Parsley Flakes
  • 1/4 tsp McCormick Garlic Pwdr
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients, except cheese, in a large mixing bowl. With an electric mixer, blend ingredients till smooth on medium-high speed.
  2. Spoon mix into a lightly greased 12- by 8-inch casserole dish. Cover and bake in a 325 degree oven for 30 to 40 min. Remove from oven.
  3. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese. Bake additional 5 - 10 min or possibly till cheese is melted. Serve.
  4. This recipe yields 8 to 10 servings.
