  • 1 1/2 c. Cool lowfat milk
  • 1 c. (1/2 pint) lowfat sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Almond liqueur (see note)
  • 1 pkt (4-serving size) Jell-O instant pudding and pie filling, any flavor
  • 1/2 c. Crumbled macaroon cookies

Directions

  1. MIX together lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream and liqueur in small bowl till smooth. Add in pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk till well blended, 1 to 2 min. Spoon 1/2 of the pudding mix into individual dessert dishes.
  2. SPRINKLE crumbled macaroons proportionately over pudding. Top with remaining pudding. Refrigeratetill ready to serve. Garnish with additional cookies, if you like.
  3. NOTE: 1/4 tsp. almond extract may be substituted for the almond liqueur.
