- 1-1/2 cups chicken broth (low sodium)
- 1-1/4 cup light cream
- 1 teaspoon corn starch
- one celery stalk finely diced
- 1/2 onion finely diced
- 1 cup kernel corn

Creamy Chicken Corn Chowder
Time: 8 minutes prep, 50 minutes cook
Servings: 4
Directions
- Bake Chicken breasts 30 minutes, allow to cool and cube into small pieces
- Add to a stock pot/lidded soup pot with chicken broth and all ingredients
- Cook on stove-top 20 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Serve piping hot in soup bowls
- Add croutons or crackers
