Ingredients

  • 8 x -(up to)
  • 10 x Potatoes
  • 6 ounce Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 x Egg, beaten slightly
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped chives Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can (3.5-ounce) fried onion rings

Directions

  1. Peel and chop potatoes, boil till tender. Drain, mash and beat till smooth. Add in cream cheese and beat again. Blend in egg, flour, parsley, chives and seasonings. Turn into butterer 2-qt casserole and spread onions on top. Bake uncovered at 325 for 25-30 min.
