Ingredients
- 3 c. sliced sweet Spanish onions
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- 6 hamburger patties

Directions
- Saute/fry onions in butter till golden brown, stirring frequently. Add in mushrooms and saute/fry 2 to 3 min longer. Blend in flour, seasonings and lowfat sour cream. Cook over low heat, stirring gently, for 5 min.
- In the meantime, broil or possibly grill hamburgers to desired doneness. Serve cream-topping over hamburgers, roast beef, steak or possibly on toasted roll. This kitchen-tested recipe makes 6 servings.
