Cream Of Wheat Fudge Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Cream of Wheat
- 1/2 c. Unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. Egg substitute
- 1/4 c. Margarine, melted
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Directions
- In large bowl, mix sugar, cereal, cocoa and flour; blend in egg product, margarine and vanilla. Spread in greased 8x8x2-inch baking pan. Bake at 325i for 25 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Cold completely in pan on wire rack.
