Directions

  1. Recipe will make 12 to 16 popovers depending on the size you desire.
  2. PREPARATION:1. Preheat over to 400 F.
  3. 2. Blend together the Large eggs, flour, salt and pepper, thyme and nutmeg in a blender container.
  4. 3. Blend till well combined, about 15 seconds. Add in lowfat milk and cream.
  5. Scrape down the sides of the container.
  6. 4. Place a muffin pan in the over to hot slightly. Remove.
  7. 5. Fill each muffin tin half full with batter.

  9. 7. Pour the remaining batter to fill each c. about two-thirds full.
  10. 8. Bake the popovers at 400 F till puffed and golden brown, about 40 min.
  11. 9. Serve immediately.
