Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine or possibly butter
- 1/2 c. vegetable shortening
- 4 ounce cream cheese
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 lrg egg
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. minced walnuts
- 1 c. (6 ounce pkg) semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper Cream together margarine/butter, shortening and cream cheese. 1 at a time, add in sugar, egg, vanilla, flour, nuts and chocolate chips, blending well after each addition. Drop by teaspoonfuls on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake 10-12 mins.
