  1. Spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Saute/fry garlic, green onions and mushrooms till tender. Add in crawfish tailmeat and cook for 5 min over low heat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and evaporated lowfat milk. Simmer about 5 min. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Serve over pasta.
