Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Fresh Cranberries
  • 2 1/2 Cups Water
  • 1 1/2 Cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1/8 Tsp. Salt

Cranberry Ice

Time: 3 hours prep, 10 minutes cook
Servings: 6
 

Directions

  1. Place cranberries in medium saucepan; add water. Cook over medium-low heat 8 - 10 minutes or until tender and berries begin to burst.
  2. Add sugar and salt; cook and stir until sugar is dissolve. Place in food processor or blender, blend until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into 9-Inch spring-form pan. Freeze at least 2 hours or until set. Remove from freezer about 20 minutes before serving. Spoon cranberry ice into sherbet dishes.
