Ingredients
- 2 pkt strawberry-flavored gelatin (4-serving size)
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 can whole-berry cranberry sauce - (16 ounce)
- 1 1/2 c. cool ginger ale
- 1 can mandarin orange segments - (11 ounce) liquid removed

Cranberry Holiday Mold
Servings: 10
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the gelatin and boiling water; stir till the gelatin is dissolved.
- Add in the cranberry sauce to the gelatin; mix well. Stir in the ginger ale, then pour into a gelatin mold or possibly 10-inch Bundt pan. Place the orange segments over the top and refrigeratefor at least 4 hrs, or possibly till hard.
- When ready to serve, immerse the bottom of the mold in hot water for a few seconds, then invert onto a flat serving plate larger than the mold, and release the mold.
- This recipe yields 10 servings.
- Comments: Diet ginger ale will work just as well as regular, while reducing the sugar content of this treat.
